Over 200 prospective buyers gathered on Saturday, August 16 at 11:07am, at the Santa Rosa Beach Club as Roebuck Auctions sold 19 properties in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.  With over $6.1 million in contracts, Roebuck Auctions displayed their ability to attract buyers and get property sold despite what many consider a slow period in the marketplace.  With such an impressive turnout this sale proves that there is no shortage of interest in properties along HWY 30-A and paves the way for the success of future sales in the area.

Of the 19 items up for auction, 18 have already been confirmed totaling $3.7 million.  The other property, a Gulf front home in Santa Rosa Beach, is under contract and awaiting approval.  The crowd was so full of eager buyers, that there were back-up bidders for every property sold that day.
